Now, our service doesn’t require you to be completely moved out, you can still occupy your home while it’s listed. With our flexible packages, you can pick and choose what level of staging you would like.

Consultation:
We start with a free consultation walkthrough, and the team will discuss with you notes and possible changes to make, and what materials we would recommend bringing to the home. We also will measure and talk about the goals of the space.
Soft Stage:
Once the initial walkthrough consult has happened, our first package option is the soft stage. We will typically bring a few pieces into an already furnished home, and adjust anything that may pull away from the overall feeling of the space. This option is great if your space is not functioning for your lifestyle, or if you still occupy your home and you are getting ready to list it. Sometimes all it takes is someone else to brainstorm your ideas with!
Full Stage:
As expected, this is where our team will meet with you at a vacant home, and we discuss the goals of the space, whether your looking for a whole home design, a room, or if you will just be renting the furnishings for a listing. Our team is great at communicating and making a space functional and tasteful to your liking.
Vacation Rental Furnishing:
If you are a Real Estate Investor, you know that it matters what experience your guests have when staying at a short term rental. Our team works very well with Realtors and management companies as well. We source furnishings that will last and won’t break the bank.
